Refund / Cancelation Policy
Our refund policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We package and ship all our products inhouse and take a picture of the condition of the package before it leaves our warehouse, which is time and date stamped in relation to day your package is shipped. We insure all packages through our shipping provider. You may receive a replacement product only if your product is broken or damaged in any way. You must submit this information within 3 day of package receipt accompanied by a photo of the damaged or broken goods.
Our cancellation policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not keep extra stock of products that go in each kit, your products are purchased from our vendors when your payment clears to our account. Because it takes a lot of effort to acquire the products needed for the protocols and third party vendors are contacted immediately to send products for your order, the money you paid is used to secure the products for your kit, and it is not feasible for us to facilitate cancellations.
