The testimonial rebate program is designed for you to tell the story of your regained freedom. We are willing to give you a rebate on your initial purchase as our way of saying THANK YOU.

Here's how it works...
Once you finish your program, you can submit either a 
video or audio recording of yourself telling the story of your journey.
We will pay you $50 (rebate) for a Video Testimonial
We will pay you $25 (rebate) for an Audio Testimonial

Guidelines
Try to keep it under 3 minutes. 
The easiest way to do this is pull out your phone
and record yourself with the video camera or the audio recorder.
You can do it anywhere (car, beach, home, job...ect,)
Don't do any editing, we want it as authentic as possible!
